Angela offers excellent customer service, being personally involved though every process to maintain high quality standards. All orders are checked by Angela before they are dispatched. Angela welcomes feedback from her customers and is pleased to receive your comments/suggestions, please contact us via our form.

How to buy:

Online shopping is not currently available, but Angela hopes to have this in place later in 2005.

To place an order, please complete the order form. Angela will reply within 24 hours with a quotation for the total cost including first class delivery via Royal Mail. Alternatively you can telephone Angela on 01617230615 (please leave your name, telephone number and nature of your enquiry and Angela will return your call after 3pm the same day).

Please give the correct postcode for prompt delivery of your order. Visit royalmail.com if you are unsure of your postcode.

Goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared (either cheque (via post) or by PayPal).

Special Delivery is available (via Royal Mail/Parcelforce) please ensure there will be someone available to sign for the delivery.

Deliveries within the Greater Manchester area can be made by courier and will be charged at 45p per mile from Radcliffe.

Please Note: Gingerbread, biscuits, biscotti and small houses/cakes travel well, but celebration cakes/gingerbread houses with intricate piping/decoration are more delicate and likely to break, unless delivered by courier (this is currently only available within Greater Manchester).

Angela may be able to set up your wedding cake/celebration cake at the venue for a small fee (and depending on her availability).

Packages sent as gifts include a free gift card message from the sender.

Privacy:

Your details (name, address, telephone number, email address and postal address of recipient, if the order is a gift) are only collected to process your order and deal with any enquiries relating to the order.

Your details will not be passed on to anyone else.

You will not be contacted in the future unless you have specifically asked to be contacted via email (e.g. to receive details of Christmas products or special offers).
